    The external market oil and gas environment is impacting Noble. It's been a tough few years.

    Seemingly insurmountable caste system where promotion is attained through attrition rather than performance.

    Encourage and promote based on performance and not "years in the business".

    lots of management face time, fast paced, top management gives some thought about employees, financially well managed, opportunity for advancement as company grows

    Cons

    IT very inefficient and can make getting work done frustrating. But, management would rather put money into employee bomuses than top notch IT

    watch out for brewing turf wars between biz units

    Good pay rate, standard hours with half days on Fridays. Putting a lot of capital in the future growth plans.

    Management is having difficulty with their rapid growth- still a good 'ol boy mentality that will be inefficient in scaling.
