I worked at Noble Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-Some of the people were very supportive.
-Good work life balance, usually people go home by a decent hour (7pm)

    Cons

-Management hasnt really invested in developing a long-term talent pipeline. The mentality is to just pay money and hire someone from outside
-Systems and processes (example: HR processes) need to develop further and in line with other Fortune 500 companies
-The company is young and its culture is not fully developed

    Advice to Management

    -Focus more on people development

I worked at Noble Group as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some of the people I had the opportunity to work with and learn from were very talented.

    Cons

    - Lack of communication between functions resulted in a blame culture when problems were to arise.
    - General feeling of negative morale amongst employees.

    Advice to Management

It is clear that too much emphasis has been put on making money and very little on management of people.

    Pros

Very good company to start career. Fast in promotions. Also very lenient in the starting stages of career. So helps u build your foundation of career strongly.

    Cons

When you get promoted you will be without support from shore personnel. Makes unsafe to work. Also no proper appraisals.

    Advice to Management

Provide support to the top management on a ship. Also shore personnel should take proper responsibility. And should provide proper spares.
