        Pros

The benefits:"Meh".... The promotions: not much room for advancement.... The pay: below average. The hospital values are worthy morals. Patient safety and satisfaction were a top priority. Great camaraderie between the hard working nurses and aides. Small community hospital made it feel like a family and made great personal connections with other employees. Great education department who are really passionate and there to help.

        Cons

The Great disconnect btwn administration and front-line aides & nurses is terrible. Some aides/tech/nurses deserved to fired on the spot- but the laid backed attitude from management did nothing about it. The union protected dead weight and didn't protect or represent the nurses as they should have. Union dues are virtually paid for nothing.

Hello! I have my final interview with Chubb this week! It’s a sr. Analyst role hybrid in Tampa! Does anybody work at the Tampa site? Any reviews/insights would be appreciated! I’m really hopping for an offer!

Thoughts on feedback you’ve gotten during the interview process? I know feedback is rare to get but of the few times you’ve gotten it, do you agree or disagree with it? Does specific feedback make if feel better or worse than general ‘not selected’? I’m pretty open to feedback . gotten feedback I understand (not senior enough, no enough hands on experience) and others I dislike/disagreed with , decided I was better off without the company since we didn’t align

Hey all, so my wife has an initial interview at a major gaming company sometime this week. It'll be her first interview for a large tech company like this. She is perfectly qualified for the role, its actually almost as if they created it just for her. The role would also have us relocating from the US to UK, so that is something that we are keeping in mind as well. This is just a 15-20 minute initial interview, just wanted to reach out to see if y'all had any tips or advice! Thank you 😊
