I worked at Noble House Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The company had a lot of good people there. The work environment was semi-casual, but very business oriented. It's the hospitality industry.

    Cons

The company culture was very male dominated. There was very little room for advancement or growth opportunities.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Noble House Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - small teams so able to wear multiple hats and be involved in multiple projects

    Cons

    - very little room for growth. Always promised growth but management never delivers - show little to no appreciation to their employees unless you are liked by upper management - little to no communication between corporate and the properties. Things are discussed in the boardroom and never shared. - absolutely no diversity in the corporate office or at the executive level at the properties
