    Pros

Free meals for employees! Whatever they make for the day, you can have it in the employee break room. Desserts are the best.

    Cons

Free meals in a dirty room. Employees act as if they were in a highschool clique. You're either in group and get favored by management or you're out. This is solely based on my experience.

I worked at Noble House Hotels & Resorts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Relaxed environment. Free will to make your own decisions. Able to make own decisions without consulting management. Line employees are best resource for understanding the property and have insight that can be useful.

    Cons

Unable to keep up with current hospitality trends. Lack of direction from management. Poor communication. Staff and management operate like a members only club.

    Advice to Management

Hire the new generation and remove the old to keep up with the expectations of guests.
