I worked at Nok Nok Labs as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Small Company, people are very friendly, working environment is very comfortable. Lunch and Learn time is super relaxing and informative.

    Cons

The company in general is still climbing the mountain to top tier company and there is a long way to go. The salary cannot be compared with big companies.

    Advice to Management

More security related products will be very helpful to the progress of the company. Hope the company can get more support from the other big companies.

    Pros

Located in a beautiful city-Palo Alto, weather is so comfortable there. Folks are all nice, all of them are willing to give new staffs guide and patient illustration of the company product. Every week has a Lunch & Learn activity, when all the folks sit down together to listen to some presentation. Good place to work and learn.

    Cons

Salary is not that high in Bay Area.
