I worked at Nokia full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Interesting work field. Opportunities around the world. Good carrier chances without any qualification as long as you are willing to work around the clock for bad salary.

    Cons

Company is on a steep way down. Employees are treated only as cost factor. You can make a good carrier if you don't have technical knowledge and don't care about the quality of your product. This company does not have any culture.

    Advice to Management

Not always the cheapest employee is the best.

    (Translated from English)

    Pros

Traurige Personalabteilung.

    Advice to Management
