I have been working at Nokia as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

    Everyone is very nice.
You learn a lot but sometimes you have to be the one seeking it out

    Cons

Wasn't really a place for me to move to after graduating.

    Pros

Working environment is relaxing. Don't have a lot management layers. Don't need to work overtime like other Chinese companies. Company shows care of the employees.

    Cons

Don't have a lot of challenge. Like other big companies, it's really hard if you want to change something. Income is relatively low.

    Advice to Management

Use more automation tools on management. Make working process more efficient and clear. It will be easier to see the whole picture of the company.
