    I worked at Nokia full-time

    Pros

Good benefits and overall corporate culture was good when I started in the 90's but many things changed

    Cons

The company did not stay competitive within the mobile marketplace, brought in leadership that did not have Nokia's best interest at heart and ultimately it was a failure

    Advice to Management

Stop having layoffs every 6 months. Lead by example. Invest in people

    I worked at Nokia full-time

    Pros

Good team of people to work with

    Cons

Shift work, mostly 10-13 hours including weekends and all holidays. No room for advancement and leadership has no interest in people. Hard to take time of due to the 24x7x365 environment and limited amount of people. It's the worst leadership seen in over twenty years.

    Advice to Management

IMC needs a leader, someone who invests in the people, not a manager who's only concern is numbers and reports. Stop making technical gurus leaders. Find and hire good leaders to lead, encourage and inspire people to accomplish the mission.
