I have been working at Nomura Holdings full-time

    Pros

    Drop Facility
    Food Service is good

    Cons

No challenging work, you will be hired just for the support work in the dev team.
Worst managers, they will take you in the meeting room and give you 2-3 hours of lecture on rubbish things. It happens every week. Every employee joined with me are all frustrated with the type of a work or from the managers.

    Advice to Management

Remove the jerk managers holding their position from 7/8 years.

Eg : 15 mins report is now 50mins just by adding controls
to avoid risk All by grace of powai management they don't realize all things are manual again its a risk who will make them understand.
