I have been working at Nomura Holdings full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Monetary compensation above industry average, especially for senior staff members.

    Cons

Appears little career opportunity and mobility for non-Japanese staff.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in human resource, find other ways to reward staff in terms of career progression etc. Seems to the local staff little opportunities if you are not one of their Japanese transplants.
