I worked at Non Profit Services full-time

    Pros

The VERY BEST part of my job were my CLIENTS! My co-workers were also wonderful people too.

    Cons

Behavioral Health service is very trying, to say the least. It's difficult on the clients and staff waiting on services that are needed immediately. Breakdown in communication can hurt these services. Must communicate well.

    Advice to Management

Raise the standards of living conditions and medical on site care to those of which you could live...........just one night.

I worked at Non Profit Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I excepted the position to gain experience as an executive director, I went to school for and have a masters degree and nonprofit management leadership.

    Cons

Financial stability, working in nonprofits is always up-and-down and less there's a healthy reserve. When I except future positions one of the questions that I will ask on my interview is how the position is funded. I will also asked to see the financials before excepted position with another nonprofit.

    Advice to Management

    Build a reserve
