-2 year bonus of $2k for staying at restaurant for GMs, 3 years is 3k
10 year sabbatical for 1 month

    Cons

-If you take over a struggling restaurant there isn't always a lot of support for you to lean on
-Long hours if your not staffed- but if u plan ahead and keep on top of staffing and training, you'll be fine.
-Other less successful are sometimes looking for help in their struggling reataurants
-slower restaurants: GM is paid slightly less until u build up the sales

    Advice to Management

Fire the people that need to be ousted and get those passionate people to be running your reataurants!
Reward those successful people that are supporting you.

I worked at Noodles & Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

70% on duty discount, takes up to 7 bucks off, 20% off duty. Free drinks whenever. Free crispies and cookies. 3+ year employees get $12 towards food every shift. Nice PTO and sick time for shift managers.

    Cons

Management above store level needs improving. At my store you must stay at close until everyone is finished with their routines. But it is a team.

    Advice to Management

Don't shut down a store and leave employees to fend for themselves after they have worked for you for 2.5 years.

I worked at Noodles & Company (More than a year)

    Pros

Loved working for Noodles as a Food Ambassador. I was always busy either taking orders, helping food prep, or managing the dining room. My co-workers were friendly and felt family-like. Plus their food is really great and always fresh!

    Cons

    None other than long hours

I have been working at Noodles & Company full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employee discount, flexible hours, easy going team members, everyone works as a team. Starting wage.

    Cons

Upper level manangent (general managers, area managers, etc) show no real concern for team members. Poor raises. Promotions are at a cost.

    Advice to Management

Don't overwork your best workers until they've reach exhaustion. Do actual work. Listen to your employees.

I have been working at Noodles & Company part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very easy and something to do whether it's part time or full time basically anyone can pick it up and start in a few days.

    Cons

Very little hours, sometimes hard to get more hours scheduled on your behalf. Hours get long sometimes you find yourself looking at the clock.

    Advice to Management

    None

I have been working at Noodles & Company part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Hours are readily available when you need them.
Easy to learn and pick up.
    Mostly friendly environment.

Making $10.50 an hour as a part timer!

    Cons

Managers can be extremely lazy and rely on team members to do everything. There's always a double standard with them. Hippocrates.

14 hour days as a part timer sucks.

    Advice to Management

Rely less on your team members to do absolutely everything. Treat employees with respect and don't act like we do nothing. REMEMBER who runs the store, the team members are the ones doing the dirty work not you as you sit in the back office and chow down on food and then tell us we aren't doing anything. Management needs improvement. I've been here for 2 GM's

I have been working at Noodles & Company part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great values, fast paced, and a hardworking team.

    Cons

Hours are VERY competitive, pay is close to minimum wage, management talks about employees in an unprofessional manor. Lastly, there is little to no room for growth in the company for employees under 21 years old.

    I worked at Noodles & Company part-time

    Pros

Tasks weren't too difficult. This included taking orders but also doing some light meal preparation, dishwashing, and overall cleaning.

    Cons

Management was truly AWFUL. Were definitely biased to you if you weren't one of their friends and "cool." Those people often happened to be super stuck up too and I honestly hated it.

    Advice to Management

Fire management. Get some people that aren't dumb please.

I worked at Noodles & Company part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

We offer amazing dishes with flavors from all over the world, and will treat you like family from the moment you walk into the doors to the moment that you leave with a smile on your face. we work hard to ensure our customers are treated with utmost respect and that you will enjoy all the flavors we have to offer.

    Cons

the scheduling can be difficult to manage when trying to obtain the amount of currency required to be able to live off of. being that it is a restaurant atmosphere you will never know when you will get extremely busy or if you will just be standing around looking for something to do.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people who are willing to work and not call off every chance they get.
