I have been working at Noodles & Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Quality employees
    Quality guests
    Great food
Great food discounts for team members
Great development tools for those that want to move up

    Cons

Honestly I️ don’t have any. Everything they do is for the betterment of each and every team member, guest, and community they serve. It is up to the newly hired team member to take advantage of the opportunities Noodles has given them in a job. Assuming the managers are of quality which I️ was lucky to have but I️ know all the manager in my area and know each one is very good at what they do.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you’re doing.
