    I have been working at Noodles & Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    New benefits coming in 2018:
    -100% pay for maternity leave up to 6 weeks
    -two weeks paid paternity leave for fathers
    -$10,000 for adoption payment
    -roll over PTO at year end
    -Yearly bonus for GMs for staying in position $1,000 for first year in same restaurant
    -Program to develop current GMs who want to move up to be an area manager
    -New bonus structure simplified and easier to reach

    Cons

    None currently. It's a great environment.

    Pros

    It was a fast growing company, but not so much anymore.

    Cons

    Bonus was structured to make it nearly impossible to get.

    Spend more time with your employees and do less micro managing

    Everyone was really nice, but since the turn over rate is so fast you never actually really get to know anyone

    Cons

    Training could be better, it felt as if everyone was confused on how to properly run the business

    Great Co workers. That's all.

    Cons

    Basically required to work all day. General Manage was horrible. No benefits. No free food while working. Barely any discount on food.

    They over exaggerate how much needs to get done in a shift, highest expectations I've ever seen.

    lay off of the little guys in the restaurant (work load)
