    Pros

Good communication, good pay and benefits. I recommend this company over any other recruiting companies. I actually felt like a person instead of a money maker in this position.

    Cons

I would work with them again.

I have been working at Noramtec Consultants as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

My experience has been very positive overall.

I've worked through and even for staffing agencies in the past. Industry-wide there's a problem with misinformation, but not with Noramtec.

Their professional staff isn't afraid to admit when they don't have an answer on-hand.
Account Reps always return with knowledgeable responses and engaging follow-up.

    Cons

    Company Structure is disorganized.

OnBoarding/Payroll process becomes confusing due to the parent/child/partner companies.

    Advice to Management

Prep contractors to expect seeing CanAm letterhead, and clearly define what is Noramtec/CanAm paperwork and what is Client paperwork.

I worked at Noramtec Consultants full-time

    Pros

Good and friendly co-workers, and pay is weekly.

    Cons

-Boss is my way or the highway philosophy
-Doesn't know how to keep people working for him happy
-pushes the telemarketing mentality rather than making customers happy

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees they have a lot to say and give them a reason to want to work for you

Pays are weekly and there is already a structure for incoporated consultant so there is no headache with the billing.

Very hard to get support from a representative once a contract is signed.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to support consultants when there are issues with customers.
