    Pros

The pay was fair, the work rewarding and consistent.

    Cons

Every driver was let go as of 1/5/15. The company was quick to threaten anyone who failed to come in between the time of notice and the final day with no Unemployment Insurance if they filed a claim. Several days later , they did a 180 and offered a 20% bonus to anyone who came is as scheduled. Very strange.

    Advice to Management

If you don't want employees, do not go into a SERVICE business.
