Pros
Great people and culture. The place is fun to work at and you are fully empowered to develop your career in the way it suits you best. At the same time you are working with some of the sharpest people in the industry, that have managed to build a game played by more than 100M people.
Cons
It's a one game company and some people might think the company's outlook is not that great and I expected the company to release more games. However, given the industry state, I feel like being patient is not necessarily a bad decision.

Pros
In general, Nordeus is a great working environment. People are carefully selected - not only do they have a great skill set, but are also great people to work with, learn from, or just hangout. There are employees from different countries of the world, so you can always learn interesting facts about these countries. Or get recommendations when visiting. :) The company takes care of its people and it has been very supportive and flexible during the hard covid times. There are a lot of perks and benefits like free (and diverse) food and drinks, private health insurance for you and your family, or unlimited vacation days. The office is amazing and you get all the equipment you need. For a "Data-driven" person there is always data to analyse or a project to work on. The games produce tons of data and you have a lot of opportunities to make an impact. There is a lot of space to grow, expand your knowledge and try out things. As in the title - a great place to work. :)
Cons
All the people in the company are there with a good reason, so you have to bring your A game on everyday level.

Pros
Opportunity to work on different things and advancing the career in the direction you choose, working with great people and on things you like to work on. Also having worked in three companies before this one I can say the conditions here are so much better it is hard for other places to even compete.
Cons
When you get to work on things you enjoy it is sometimes hard to stop at the end of working day.

Pros
Great people, feels like big family, amazing perks and benefits, everyone is encouraged to contribute and give ideas, company with the least bureaucracy I've ever seen. Company is giving back to the community a lot by helping and donating time and money to those in needs (especially the youngest) and I think people who work here are really proud of it. By far the best employer in the region and I'm sure it can be compared to big names in the industry outside this part of Europe.
Cons
Still quite young employee base which is not cons per se, but sometimes people lack experience from working somewhere else. People managers are encouraged to fire fast - again not cons per se but people who have difficult time becoming part of the team, quickly adapting to changes and contributing to the overall success would find that unfair and would go around and complain. I'm sure the most of bad reviews here come from those people who wished they became valuable team member but they didn't.

Ability to improve yourselves everyday - there are many books available in our library, there are many courses that have been organized in order to improve our skills... Great environment - working environment is relaxing, there is cafe, playrooms, silent rooms... Great people - almost 150 young, talented people... New technologies - we are working on the modern SW/HW.
Cons
There are no cons to be part of such great team.

Pros
Great people, great culture, very relaxed and dynamic. Nice career options, if you're good, you can progress quickly.
Cons
Nepotism is present to some extent. Also, management capability is questionable, but getting better. Other than that, it is perfect.

Great people, great culture, very strong employee bonds, great care of employees is taken, good salaries. It's a delight coming to work in such an atmosphere.
Cons
Too young and inexperienced, especially management. Tough to hire experienced managers because of location, industry state and the specific culture they would need to fit in.
