Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Nordeus full-time for more than a year
Pros
Lots of benefits and perks: free food, games, mobile (and paid bills). Lots of freedom and flexibility.
Cons
Company has no direction, as a consequence not a single game has been released since the lucky Top Eleven. Management consists of programmers promoted to managers despite having no people skills. Closed Serbian mentality as opposed to a much needed international one.

"Put office space aside, the worst employer out there"

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Nordeus full-time
Pros
Good office space, breakfast, lunch, game room.
Cons
Pretty much everything. Top management doesn't know what they are doing, they are hiring their relatives and friends, just because they don't want to hear a different opinion. They are hired without any test or interview, while on the other hand they are promoting "the hardest interview process" and "hiring only the best". I was present in a meeting where a person asked why the department in question wasn't consulted when deciding on something that directly involves them, he was fired in a month time! CEO has the biggest ego around and doesn't listen to anyone. Which would be cool if we actually know what he's doing. They fired without any reason 40 people last year just because they think that employees are responsible for Nordeus not publishing a single game in 5 years (they published one broken game and closed it in two months). That's why every member of the management should be fired, not the employees.
