Nice and loyal employees all around. Employees are always reminded of serving our customers and customer service.

    Cons

when it comes to promotions and growth, most of the time it's not what you know, but it's who you know. Having the right personality, look and attitude can help you get promoted faster in the company. Many levels of hierarchy and politics. Teams can be very clique.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to recognize hardworking and dedicated employees who don't draw attention to themselves but actual backbones to the success of the team/group
