I worked at Nordstrom full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great skincare brand, easy to sell

    Cons

Competitive commission environment, even when you're at your own counter. Inconsistent scheduling of hours to keep full-time status creating issues with health benefits. Not enough clientele, you either network yourself around the store/mall or you won't make monthly goals due to poor foot traffic.
