    Advice to Management

You preach about being a servant leader, but promote all the bullies and selfish ones! Very frustrating to watch and advance in ways that will truly help you grow.

I have been working at Nordstrom full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good people, customer service ethic and aspiration to combine strengths in full line and rack stores with digital experiences. Even in the age of Amazon, Nordstrom seems healthy.

    Cons

For technologist, tough to just focus on delivery - easy to be mired in politics and immature or poorly managed infrastructure

    Advice to Management

    Be leaders

    Pros

fast paced, and friendly environment. The company truly cares about their customers and employees. Working at a full line store, you write your own paycheck as its commission based. However at the rack, it's hourly pay, but pays pretty good.

Sometimes the work load is a little high
