Pay is decent at best.

Everything the management is horrible they make signal maintainers pay outta pocket for hotel rooms weekly you have no job security you can’t just move your family like you think because they are constantly abolishing jobs which means men with more seniority than you will come and kick you. I’m not lying about this find out for yourself if you don’t believe and no I say again you receive zero reimbursement for your gas or your hotel rooms. If you can’t afford then quit and you will have zero family life. They have kliqs and if you’re not in then good luck. They constantly use the threat of you losing your job and fear along with harassment. This company cares about its stock all they give employees who’ve given 40 years is a damn plaque. They do not care about the men who sacrifice for their company lose their families due to work life balance. It’s a terrible company.

Toxic environment with little upward mobility. They own you. No work life balance and always short staffed
