    I worked at Norgate Technology (More than a year)

    Pros

    They provided excellent pay and are very supportive and offer great health insurance.

    Cons

    They only provide limited benefits and their connection to Citibank did not seem solid.

    Pros

    Friendly work environment with no micro-management.

    Cons

    The only client they have is Citigroup. There is no real opportunity working here.

    Advice to Management

    Don't keep all your eggs in one basket.

    Pros

    very clear bifurcation in terms of pay to consultants, none of the shady business many consulting firms do

    Cons

    very few direct clients, so if you loose a project you might be on your own.

    Employee-friendly, Indian recruiters who help marketing resumes, Strong attorney for filing h1,transferring and green cards

    Cons

    less direct clients because of which employees have to market on their own for corp-corp requirements to remain with the company

    Advice to Management

    please concentrate on getting new clients rather than concentrating on recruiting people
