    I worked at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Lunch every other Friday or so. You get to drive the new models around, and see what they have in them.

    Cons

    Low pay, very small raises given, most of staff is Spanish speaking only. Some conditions were unsanitary.

    Advice to Management

    Help the older guys out who have to provide for families, who pray for their $0.05 raise at the end of each year.

    Pros

    - Free coffee
    - Some of the co-workers are really amazing
    - Get to test drive all the new cars
    - Training (not all dealership's even do any, and they have continuous training)

    Cons

    - Management are salesmen until they die.
    - Thought it might be different from different dealership's with their big name.
    - Lie to people in interview's saying the least making salesmen makes $3500 a month.
    - Not a lot of gross (or so they say) in 90% of the cars, only Ridgeline/Pilot's have a positive gross when sold at sticker price+Tax/License.
    - Need to sell 20-30 cars just to make over $2000 a month or use dishonest methods such as "stealing their trade-in" to make yourself gross on a deal.

    Advice to Management

    The company themselves has a lot of great core values that I never really see implemented almost never. They speak of it, but they don't follow it.
