    Pros

    Ability to move the yard stick forward without red tape. Tons of international travel. Excellent team work and colleague appreciation.

    Cons

    Better finger on finances. Need for training to be part of regular staff and management. Global roles require better access to technology trends.

    Listen to the people in the field.

    Pros

    Continuous opportunities to learn and grow in many areas of IT/telecommunications business; continual improvement processes incorporated. Every day was exciting and very fulfilling.

    Cons

    There were none.....It was like being in a very large extended family. There were lots of family oriented events throughout the year that showed the appreciation of the company for its people.

    Excellent people, technology, customer focus, global perspective. Great morale, working conditions, benefits, work life balance, training. Good career mobility, professional certification opportunities.

    Cons

    Massive downsizing, poor business strategy, poor industry partnerships. Concerns about executive ethics and business leadership skills. Litigation in progress. Pension plan unresolved. Staff on disability compensation treated poorly.

    Advice to Management

    Restart the firm, find a niche, leverage customer relationships. Focus on wireless, wireline and optical technologies. Lead with IP communication technology and find partnerships. Consider basic business strategy training.

    Great team...Good work life balance. Employees had been there for a long time

    Bad Management, This eventually lead to the company being bankrupt and thousands of people losing their pension

    Pros

    Very good working environment for new employee to blend in. Team is very friendly in general and the work environment is everything an employee asks for, have gym, running track, beach volleyball fields...etc

    Cons

    Average age of employees are old in general, not enough young talents. Management decision has missed several time resulting the bankruptcy.

    Advice to Management

    A change on the management was definitely required, there are many empty promises to employee, resulting employee not getting their deserved pay.

    good place, lots of fun, no complaints
    great environment, fun people. can not complain.
    fast paced.surrounded by very intelligent people with
    a diverse background

    maybe too fast paced. gotta keep up with the ball.
    falling behind will cause bad things to happen.
    just keep on top of it and all will be good.

    keep up the good work. no lack of transparancy between heirachacle levels in the work place.
