I worked at North American Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

With opportunities to work with high-profile federal agencies, it's a great way to get a foot in the door in the DC Area, especially without any experience in contracting or consulting. The other employees are generally friendly.

    Cons

Management is very tight with their money and not transparent with the company. It is difficult to grow here, as there are limited opportunities to advance in such a small company and with management as is.

    Advice to Management

Do not treat employees like servants.

    Pros

It is easy to get to right off the 290 expressway

    Cons

Management at this company treated there employees horribly, especially the people who has been with the comany for years. Management talked to the employee very badly. The have no regards to people with familes. I wouldn't recommand my dog to work there. There is no commnication between the different department, and also in order to move higher in a position it not what you know its whos you know.

I worked at North American Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Cons

Completely random and sporadic work with little to no real direction
Company is the polar opposite of transparent and would occasionally furlough pay with no explanation

Pick one area and focus on it.
