    Pros

Good health benefits. Good work-life balance as top management is committed to having a good work-life balance for themselves. Corporate office buildings are a ghost town by 5PM Monday to Thursday and earlier on Friday or holidays.

    Cons

Management is not adaptable and flexible regarding workforce planning. Workers not encouraged to grow professionally and be upwardly mobile.
They are required to fill certain routine functions and roles and get blocked if they try to climb out of those repetitive functions/roles.
    Too much favoritism and cronyism.

    Advice to Management

Be more committed to professional development of staff.
Be more creative and flexible on workforce planning rather than so much concern on having workers in place performing routine functions.
