    Pros

Great experience. Great students. Trains you for the next step and how to deal with people of different backgrounds with different ideals from your own.

    Cons

Deserve better pay. Need more benefits. For all the things that Resident Assistants do, whether it be at the drop of a dime, or in their contract, Resident Assistants deserve free laundry, reduced tuition, in-state tuition for out-of-state students, and more recognition as leaders and movers on campus.

    Advice to Management

Be more punctual in the information that you give to your Resident Assistants, be more professional, and acknowledge and learn from your mistakes and short comings. For all the things that Resident Assistants do, whether it be at the drop of a dime, or in their contract, Resident Assistants deserve free laundry, reduced tuition, in-state tuition for out-of-state students, and more recognition as leaders and movers on campus.
