    Courses offered are very good. The professors are well known.

    Cons

    School is small. Limited research facility.

    I have been working at North Carolina A&T State University full-time

    Pros

    Good people to work with. Beautiful campus and outgoing students. A large farm and great research going on.

    Cons

    Overworked and underpaid workers, although some still bust their butts. Some workers need to be fired; only giving about 60%. Old buildings in need of repair.

    Advice to Management

    Fire incompetent and lazy workers. Invest in infrastructure.

    The flexibility for the working. The Number of hours per month earned towards vacation and sick leave.

    Cons

    Management has no idea what we actually do on a regular basis. Manager of my particular area is not a technical person
