I have been working at North Carolina Justice Center full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits!! Advancement possibilities!! Great Union and great opportunity to net work. Met a lot of city officials and judges.

    Cons

The supervisors have favorites. If you're not of Spanish decent then there is no room for promotions. Management is vindictive. Long time employees are complacent and make a poor work environment.

    Advice to Management

Do an overhaul and hire all new people. No one believes in the guiding principals. The higher ups have ulterior motives. Offer more classes for development.
