Very good benefits, comprehensive and extensive employee programs, generally a very positive work environment, fostered a sense of community within the Wolfpack.
Cons
Being a state institution, there is not a lot of room for upward mobility without leaving departments and roles, and tacking upwards through quasi-lateral moves.
