    Pros

    Good work environment and good starting salary. Very flexible and many benefits assuming you can work enough hours a week.

    Cons

    It is a bit crazy working a shift because we can get many orders at once, but I enjoy the challenge.

    Pros

    Small-town feel. Many amenities. Friendly People. Lots of local bars and eateries. Good local arts advocacy. Cheap housing can be had.

    Cons

    Cold winters, Hot summers, Road construction all summer long. Fully dependent on Football team and corporate overlords. PARKING IS HELL.

    Advice to Management

    Introspection: Figure out who your students are and serve them. The president, while a good business leader, is woefully out of touch with the financial difficulties of his students. Figure out your sexism and racism problems STAT.
