Very nice people to work with.
Given the opportunity to work and learn independently.

I have been working at North Dakota State University full-time

    Pros

The facility is very research focused

    Cons

Women are not given maternity leave. The buildings are horribly out of date with only one stall in womens bathrooms in many of the older buildings. Many of the faculty members are driven to publish but sacrifice integrity of the research in order to publish. Cutthroat atmosphere. Post doctoral researchers are treated like scum. Three times the works for a quarter of the pay and recognition.
