      Pros

Awesome place to work! The work life balance as non-essential personnel is great. I don’t know what’s it’s like for people who are in direct patient care.

      Cons

None at this time. I have worked here for almost 2 years and so far everything is great!

      Cons

It's what you make of it, but sometimes work-life balance.

      Fine Place to Work

      Pros

Compensation is market rate. Small enough organization that you feel you can get to know the people. Plenty of available jobs.

      Cons

HR is an absolute embarrassment. They take way too long to hire or even call about applications. Benefits are just okay. Very reactionary and slow to change, but some people don't like change.

      Pros

There is a foundation that helps employees when there are life events. The overall atmosphere is a nice and peaceful one. Mostly everyone is easy to work with and friendly.

      Cons

PTO is a bit hard to hold on to. Holidays are not paid and come from your PTO bank. There is a point system in place and leaving early or coming in late counts as an absence, even if you have an emergency. There is a chain of command to go through in order to have certain things reviewed and you don’t always get an answer back.
