I worked at North Royalton City Schools full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Many talent teachers as colleagues. Competitive salaries. Nice amount of support staff.

    Cons

Administration changes frequently. The higher ups have much to learn making it difficult to provide solid leadership. Buildings are over crowded and class sizes very large. Buildings are old and badly need updates. Community will not support levies to allow the needed improvements. Parents must pay for full-day, everyday Kindergarten and public pre-school.

    Advice to Management

Work at keeping administrators in current positions so they are better informed and trained in their positions to be more effective. This is the biggest weakness effecting the entire district.
