I worked at North Shore-LIJ Health System full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Been assigned to the Evening Shift allowed me the opportunity to take full charge of all the department's responsibilities. I was able to put my experiences and abilities to full use.

    Cons

The Cons are minimal if you can call them Cons. I saw them more like a test and a challenge of my ability to fulfill the department's roll in the Institution's customer satisfaction.

    Advice to Management

When selecting employees look beyond the paper qualification into a person's practical abilities and their work passion.
