I have been working at North Texas Specialty Physicians - NTSP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

NTSP has given me great opportunities to grow in my career. They promote from within and are great about giving recognition for good performance. In the almost year and half that I have been with NTSP, I have been given several opportunities to participate in TCC Continuing Education training courses which have helped me climb within the company. This company's Sr. Leadership is growing and always strategically seeking ways to expand. With great perks, competitive pay and career advancement opportunities, I look forward to a long and fulfilling career at NTSP.

    Cons

Be prepared to stay busy! If you like a fast paced environment with lots of opportunities to work with various parts of the business, you'll do well here.

    Advice to Management

I enjoy the straightforward approach of the management team. Be productive, and the management team will give you recognition for your hard work. The management team will ensure that your projects are scheduled fairly and with your input. The atmosphere is laid back the managers are accessible throughout the day for questions. There are several opportunities for team-building lunches and company sponsored events where you can get to know coworkers.

I have been working at North Texas Specialty Physicians - NTSP full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There is a lot to like: good people to work with, ability to learn new things, and have an impact on the bottom line. I like that they promote from within.

    Cons

Not a lot of cons. Training programs could be improved and many people move offices too frequently, but that's not a deal-breaker.

    Advice to Management

    Remember your staff!

    Pros

Leadership really cares about their employees and has many programs to show to show appreciation like peer to peer recognition.

    Cons

Company had problems in 2015 and 2016. They have worked hard since then to really turn things around and the difference is noticeable.

    Advice to Management

Causal Wednesdays and Fridays have been nice. Can we do it all week!

    Pros

Excellent pay. Same level co-workers were amazing.

    Cons

Micromanaging, condescending treatment by management. You may be told to one thing today and then be scolded for doing it tomorrow. Lots of favouritism from manager!!! She makes promises with no intention of keeping them as well.

    Advice to Management

Check your staff's morale, do an anonymous survey or something to truly see how poor the management is in Greensboro.
