I worked at NorthCrest Medical Center full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Staff are very helpful and understanding. If necessary training is always available. Patient safety is put first.

    Cons

12 hour shift can get to be long sometimes. Other than that this is a great place to work and be associated with.

    Pros

We give exceptional care to our patients and I feel the employees are recongnized for their efforts and abbilites. Overall a good place to work.

    Cons

work short staffed some of the time but I know from talking to other people that this is found everywhere

    Advice to Management

Maybe offer more money for weekend shifts or weekend options, This may cut back on the short staffed weekends and weekend call ins.
