May 9, 2022 - Security Alarm Technician in Orem, UTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good money if your sales reps are doing well.
Cons
Going back to jobs you don't get paid for is unfortunate, technicians are not as valued as sales reps.

Decent for College Students
Apr 4, 2021 - Assistant Manager - Tech Support in Orem, UTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Semi-Flexible Scheduling. School schedules are taken into consideration for the majority of shifts. - Wonderful Coworkers and Professional Workplace - Free Drinks, next to Costa Vida/Mall for Lunch - PTO, Health Benefits (I opted out but it's there) - Transit options through UTA are available, Passes aren't included in benefits - Working From Home is being seriously considered as a permanent implementation (Thanks to COVID :D)
Cons
- Pay isn't very competitive. Currently being reviewed on being increased, but no ETA - Staffing seems to lean towards understaffed, but that is being reviewed as well. - Training can be difficult as there is a minimal structure and a lot to learn. Can be stressful to those that are new to call centers - Metrics/KPIs are very high to meet with short hands and training. There are a few cons above, but since there is new management now, I have hopes that it's going to improve. May take some time though.

Pros
The atmosphere is incredible here. I really feel like I'm part of the team and my ideas are heard and valued. There are a lot of opportunities to make a difference and your contributions are recognized.
Cons
Not a lot of growth opportunities for me personally and the pay is a bit low. However, I absolutely love my job. And that's worth a lot more to me that a little more money.

Oct 26, 2021 - Customer Care in Orem, UTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
College student environment Perfect for working arounf class schedule
Cons
Raises are 25 cents... if that.. even if you have been there over a year You only accrue 1.67 hours of PTO every pay period so good luck This isnt the place you want to move up in the company for a career. You can do better.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Management Okay
May 10, 2021 - Customer Service Representative in Orem, UTRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great break room, food perks in office, option to work remote
Cons
Understaffed leaving calls backed up for hours. Contracts for customers are very tricky and not much can be done about them. Supervisors/managers never take calls and make you deal with issues needing to be resolved by management.
