    I have been working at Northeast Parent & Child Society part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    As a WSP, you have fairly flexible scheduling, and quite a bit of leeway with time off. The pay is pretty decent as well.

    Cons

    While I am particularly bad with paperwork, other employees have complained about their strictness regarding paperwork. At the same time, it's also the nature of the system these days

    I have been working at Northeast Parent & Child Society full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flexible working arrangements; tuition reimbursement; Salary is norm for field. Some training opportunities; Agency appears to be financially stable.

    Cons

    Cliquey. Friends of management are not held to the same standards as other employees; Little support from upper management. Little opportunity for advancement. Management is very young, which affects quality of services as well as quality of leadership. There's little oversight provided unless something goes wrong.

    Advice to Management

    Exam relationships closely; be more involved; listen to feedback from employees. Give more management classes;
