RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Northeast Security full-time
Pros
Reliable Great rapport with clients Multiple sites to work shifts Fair amount of overtime given to employees if wanted Solid pay compared to most Boston security companies
Cons
Difficulties within management varying from different company sites. Higher ups protect one another in defense against their employees. Raises and bonuses should be equal or not far off from supervisors and account managers. Employees do majority of the hard work for the company. Example. Long hours, standing for entire shifts, majority of building tours and other duties dealing with the sites. While Supervisors and Account managers reap the benefits.

Doesn't RecommendPositive OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at Northeast Security part-time for more than 3 years
Pros
lots of overtime available, advancement is easy
Cons
wages are low, other companies will pay more. The uniform is ugly, other companies allow their officers to LOOK like officers. Advancement is easy, which means a lot people aren't qualified for the position they have, which in turn reflects on how well each site is run.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEOI have been working at Northeast Security full-time
Pros
Very easy to get overtime if you want it
Cons
They are completely disorganized and management has no idea what's going on half the time. Managers don't offer any sort of direct feedback and always go through someone else to try to communicate with an employee.
