Cons
You supply everything else. Car, gas, computer, phone, leads, and appointments. Don't expect to make a decent living unless you get hooked up with good territory and accounts.

Nothing really comes to mind
Cons
Job required an enormous amount of travel on very short notice. Benefits are minimal at best, and there is no loyalty to any carpenters in the field. Best described as a snake pit.
