    Pros

Northeastern University provides plenty of opportunities for graduate students to learn and to find future jobs for a career.

    Cons

Northeastern University is kind of crowded at times, especially in the afternoon. The overcrowding makes it hard to find a place to work and study.

I have been working at Northeastern University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Vacation, location, people, health and retirement benefits (after two years) are all excellent.

    Cons

It's a private university but you could definitely make much more money for the same job at a "private sector" company.

    Advice to Management

Job titles are confusing and used for weird reasons to pay people or get around having flat structures. We hear about students getting the run around - it's everyone. Probably no real way to fix this at a place this big though.
