    Pros

The benefits at Northeastern are fantastic and the pay is higher than at most universities in Boston. Most of the people are great and the commute is easy, right on the orange line or green line. I'm sure working in for the schools and colleges is a different story but the closer you get to the president's office, the more difficult and hellish your life will become. be wary of the office you choose to work in. Ask good questions regarding why positions are open in the office you might be taking a position in. Are people happy? How quickly do positions turn over.

    Cons

Trust your employees to do the work you hired them for. Give them the benefit of their experience.

    Advice to Management

    Why bother, no one listens.
