I worked at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology part-time

    Pros

It is a very nice place to work in. Being a part time I had plenty of time to focus on my studies and work.

    Cons

I don't have much to say. If anything maybe that some times the workflow was slow and we couldn't do much about it since students are less during summer and spring.

    Advice to Management

Maybe give employees extra side jobs or projects for when the labs aware empty so employees don't get bored or feel like nothing is going on
