    Pros

    Pay, flexibility of hours, some great management, always changing field. Many managers promote based on skills and not just degree...but not all.

    Cons

    Instability company (frequent layoffs), limited work from home privileges, EXPENSIVE health insurance with administrator that makes many health insurance errors.

    Very high turnover in multiple departments, pay is bad, have to use personal vacation time for holidays, not much room for career growth

    Large health system, areas to work across the state. Training programs available.

    Cons

    Disorganized HR department. Growth limited by inadequate recruiting procedures. clinical staff valued more than ancillary support staff.

    Spend time developing long term strategy instead of working in a highly volatile, reactive state all the time.
