I worked at Northrop Grumman as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

People there were amazing and incredibly nice. Everyone there knew what they were doing.

    Cons

The same issue that plagues most large organizations, a lot of bureaucracy and large cubicle farms. I like open work spaces and some natural lighting.

    Advice to Management

The internship program management at my location was excellent, they made sure all the interns were doing meaningful work. Keep doing what you're doing.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Northrop Grumman full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefits and pay, when a good contract was available.

    Cons

Raises are small since the company is always trying to reduce its costs. Managers don't pay any attention to their employees and offer no career advancement opportunities. HR does very little to help find you a new position if your contract has been cut.

    Advice to Management

Get some managers that actually do something with their subordinates. Pay attention to career objectives.
