    Pros

    Opportunity for career growth since there are so many divisions, locations and products. Nice benefits package (at the time I was there). (My) Senior Managers were great mentors and supporters of my career path.

    Cons

    Like with all big companies, there is some amount of bureaucracy to deal with.
