The culture and environment within the department team were amazing. The manager was phenomenal and spent great effort in cultivating a working environment where you were excited to come to work. Focused on sustainability and allowed team members to take more responsibility and grow. Last but not least SNOWBOARDING or skiing(up to you). Great job if you are passionate about the outdoors and sustainability.
The pay and corporate management, the pay was much too low barely liveable in a resort town. There were several occasions where situations could have been handled better by corporate. Another con is verbal abuse from customers. I'd also add that the overall team was amazing but it was not uncommon to find those who did not meet the standard, however, the pay is not livable enough for many people.

Fun atmosphere. Great people. Great Skiing. Great Benifits.
None at this time. Everyone can find something bad but I love my job.

Great people, benefits, they're taking steps in the right direction for employees.
They took too long to make positive changes for their employees.
