    Pros

Northwest Casacade truly cares about their employees. The unity and benefits of working for a company that sincerely cares about what each individual person is going through is unmatched at any other organizations.

If working hard to achieve goals is a con than okay but Northwest Cascade gives everyone an opportunity to become who they want to be in life.

I worked at Northwest Cascade full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great environment, opportunity to advance, encourage advancing education, the people are great to work with and there is very little down time. The company is growing quickly so there is always something new to learn

    Cons

Long hours summer causes many long shifts. There is a lot of politics to deal with which can be frustrating at times, communication between departments can be a problem at times

    Pros

Good pay and good management, lots of overtime available if you need the money. My summers would pay for my college tuition each semester.

    Cons

Work orders will come it later in the day and sometimes make you stay longer even if its a Friday but that's the nature of the job and I never complained because you still get paid overtime

I have been working at Northwest Cascade full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

we have a good team. pay is ok. hours are ok. casual atmosphere. health benefits are somewhat decent. hours are too varied for real life.

    Cons

lack of confidence in service equaling price. benefits are terrible. no vacation or sick leave so people come to work sick.

    Advice to Management

go back to the basics. give benefits based on what is expected. pay commission to all sales people not just the men.

    Pros

They're a successful and diverse company. Most of the people I worked with were good hard-working people.

    Cons

    Very crass and informal.
Distant projects make for very early mornings and late nights.

    Advice to Management

    Clean things up a bit.
