    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Northwest Hills Surgical Hospital full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good insurance benefits and decent location

    Cons

Moral was the lowest for any employer I have ever worked for. Distinct division between administrative and clinical staff. Management/clinical staff was rude and lacked compassion and cooperation. Worst hospital environment I have experienced. "Revolving door" or high turnover for many levels of management, including CFO and administrator.

    Advice to Management

Stabilize! Listen to ALL department input.
